Registration must be completed in person during business hours, photo ID required.

-Alcohol Testing by Breathalyzer (PBT) and/or EtG (ethyl glucuronide) urine screen

-Court Ordered Drug and Alcohol Testing

-Testing for Local Sobriety Courts

-Driver's License Evaluation and Drug Panel

-Testing Minors by Parent Request

-Volunteer Testing
